Doctor asked me choose between spine surgery or loosing weight. Desperate times calls for Desperate measures. I was suggested abt Bodyworks and reluctantly I joined the program. I lost about 10 kgs in 3 month's time that too with simple and doable diet. I am experiencing positive changes in me. Thanks to Venu mam I am on my way to better life.

I have been consulting Venu for over 4 years now, and my experience with her has been exceptional! My association with Bodyworks and Venu Hirani dates back nearly 5 years when I approached her for Nutrition advice. I have also worked out with her at her beautiful personalized gym. Venu has complete and thorough knowledge of nutrition and fitness. Her workouts are designed to work every muscle group and her teaching technique is simple and methodical. I started working out with Venu’s online Fusion classes in July 2020 and it’s been a phenomenal experience. Her online classes are as personalized and technique-driven as those at her gym. Fusion classes are a mix of Yoga, Pilates, strength, and core training. I have not only gained flexibility and fitness but also muscle toning and better stamina. I am now able to do Yoga postures that I never thought I could. After a bad bout of Covid hospitalization in February this year, Venu encouraged me to restart exercise and her constant motivation and encouragement have helped me to overcome all the side effects of Covid and get back to my old healthy self. I can’t thank her enough for that. Venu’s Bodyworks has been a source of motivation and inspiration in these trying times and her enthusiasm and dedication for fitness is infectious. I would highly recommend Bodyworks to all who wish to achieve fitness with the right technique under a brilliant teacher who is fabulous at her job.

My association with Venu ma’am began in April, 2020, when my orthopaedic referred her to me due to my lower back pain that had escalated post pregnancy. I was 8 months postpartum when I joined her online fusion fitness classes on Zoom. The sessions essentially focused on yoga, strength building, body conditioning and core training. Her passion, efficiency, dedication, knowledge and mindfulness at practice made me feel like it’s an offline, personal training session. Within weeks I noticed a healthy change in my body. I’ve certainly gained strength and feel more active. Training with Venu ma’am is like doing a favour to your body!

I first attended Venu’s Aerobics class even before Bodyworks was founded. I attended the first few classes and was hooked!
I loved how she always took the time to break every exercise down so that we understood how to do every move correctly…the placement of the feet, the position of the elbows, when to inhale/exhale with every move, etc., and that resulted in an overall good form for the entire workout. She also specified where the stretch/pain should be felt, how to tell if we were doing it wrong, and explained the benefit of each exercise. That guidance has always stayed with me as reminders to check myself whenever I’m doing any kind of exercise.
After a gap of several years (because I moved away), I have been able to join Venu’s online classes via Zoom. And I am so glad to be reconnected with her and her style of teaching! The online class is just as effective as in-person.
She’s always available to quickly check-in with comments, questions or advice. Venu always motivates me to try harder!

I went to Venu for the first time 15 yrs ago. Post my marriage I discontinued and ever since it hasn't been easy to get onto a sustained workout regime, simply because she had set the bar so high in terms of my expectations from a trainer.

Her approach to complete body workouts was always refreshing & peppered with knowledgeable inputs.

Her focus was always on working out right with the correct posture n form instead of working out more n gradually building up the stamina.

Her workouts were less equipment based n more technique based and that worked well for me.

Pregnancy is always thought of as a time to indulge on food and take it easy. With Venu’s guidance I realised the importance of planed meals and prenatal exercise goes a long way in ensuring a good pregnancy, a better childbirth and a healthy baby. I was able to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. With her vast experience she ensures the best guidance. We had an in-depth discussion to understand my lifestyle and food habits. There were weekly sessions to observe my progress. There was no overstressing and she ensured that I was disciplined with my meal plans and physical activity. At the last stage of pregnancy it was difficult to move and Venu had all the right ideas and moves to keep me going. Thank you Venu, I had a healthy pregnancy with your guidance.

Venu's not only helped me loose weight and inches, she's corrected my body composition to a large extent. I've lost 6 KGS in 3-4 months. My Cholesterol and uric acid result have also improved a lot.
